Please note that you have two delivery options when ordering tickets on line:

1. You can choose to have them couriered to you, please select an address where someone will be able to sign for a package during office working hours or a PO BOX number.

Please allow 3 working days for the order to be processed and delivered to your day time address. If you do not receive your tickets within this timeframe please contact the TicketDirect Tasman Office on +64 3520 8560. If you have not received your courier tickets within 10 working days of purchasing them and have not informed us, we cannot be held responsible for the non delivery of your tickets. Thank you.

2. You can collect them from TicketDirect Tasman which is located in the Main Foyer of The Marlborough Civic Theatre building, Arthur Street, Blenheim. We are open 9am-5pm Monday - Friday and 10am - 1pm Saturday. We are also always open 45 minutes before any show at the Marlborough Civic Theatre or Wisheart Functions Room and Bar.

Service Fees:

Tickets purchased for this event online will incur the following service fees:

$1.00 Per ticket fee.
$5.00 Per transaction for pickup tickets.
$8.00 Per transaction for courier deliveries.
$11.00 Per transaction for rural deliveries.


No refunds or exchanges on any ticket price or service fee except as required by New Zealand law.
